 Group counseling consists of a small number of individuals who share something in common, all creating a safe space to address challenges and issues.

Couples Counseling

Couple Counseling consist of intimate partners and the exploration of any conflicts between the partners, is often short-term, and focuses on specific problems.

Family Counseling sessions include individuals and families working through conflicts, barriers, or mental health issues while utilizing family systems theory.

Career Counseling

Career counseling helps individuals begin, change, or advance their careers through the use of a variety of assessments. We will review and target resumes, career opportunities, internships, and referrals.

Mentorship

Mentorship includes the guidance provided by a mentor, experienced and seasoned professional. Mentors provide on-call services as well as scheduled visits throughout the week and weekend.
